Where we ship

United States, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand.

Cost

Shipping is free on every set. The price you see is the price you pay.

Processing

Orders are packed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday go out on the next working day.

Delivery

7 to 14 business days after dispatch for most addresses. Remote areas can take longer.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. If the tracking has not moved for 7 days, write to us and we will chase it.

Lost or late parcels

If a parcel has not arrived 30 days after dispatch, we send a replacement or refund you in full.

Duties and taxes

Any import duties or local taxes that may apply are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong address

If the delivery address was entered incorrectly, write to us within 12 hours of ordering and we will correct it before the parcel leaves.
