Refund policy

Returns

You have 60 days from the day your order arrives to change your mind. If the lights are unused and in their original packaging, write to us through the contact form on omsonlight.com and we will send you a return address. Once the parcel reaches us, we refund the full amount you paid, including shipping.

The Atmosphere Guarantee

Light one dinner with them. If the room does not change, write to us within 60 days and we refund you in full, and you keep the lights. Nothing needs to be sent back for this. One claim per customer.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives broken, or is not what you ordered, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We replace it or refund it in full, and we do not ask you to return it.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the payment method you used. We process them within 3 business days of approving the claim. How long the money then takes to appear depends on your bank, usually 5 to 10 business days.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns of lights damaged through misuse, or of loose coin cells that have been taken out of them.
